Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate SEND Teachers to work on a supply basis in schools across the Moseley area. This role involves supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
• Support pupils with SEND in achieving their full potential
• Work closely with teaching assistants and SENCOs
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Manage behaviour effectively using positive strategies

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working with SEND pupils (essential)
• Strong understanding of differentiated learning
• Patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
