• The role involves driving curtain‑sided vehicles.
• Salary is £38,286.42 annually, with a basic monthly pay of £3,190.53.
• Overtime rates are £15.50/hour (Mon‑Fri after 50 hours) and optional weekend overtime at £18.55/hour, paid as guaranteed overtime.
• Nights out are paid at £26.20 (tax‑free).
• Drivers can earn a bonus of £1,500 per year, paid in two installments.
