Soldering Operative (Manufacturing)

Location: Andover, Hampshire. The role offers a long-term career with a thriving manufacturer that provides excellent benefits and an early finish every Friday.

Responsibilities

• Produce PCB assemblies by following customer specifications.
• Solder small electronic components by hand and operate soldering machines.
• Support on testing of assemblies.

Schedule & Benefits

• Hours: Monday‑Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm; early finish at 3:30pm Friday.
• Weekly hours: 38.5hours.
• Pay: £25,500–£26,000 plus overtime.
• Holiday: 33 days.
• Bonus, life assurance, sick pay, 4% pension.

Requirements

• Great dexterity and comfort with hands for soldering small components.
• Willingness to undertake on‑job training.
