Nursery Assistant

Location: St Albans FWC, Childcare, Bank, Part time – £13.10 per hour. Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a fixed number of hours per week; you work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability. The role is based at the St Albans FWC in our Nuffield Health gym.

About the Nursery

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the small team at Nuffy Bear Day Nursery
• Help deliver full‑day care, sessional care and pre‑school for ages 3 months to 5 years
• Support high‑quality care, education, health and wellbeing
• Assist children in achieving the best possible start in life
• Maintain clear communication with parents and carers
• Complete Paediatric First Aid qualification

Qualifications and Requirements

• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Paediatric First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain one.
