- Optimising the Landscape – Drive lifecycle management, simplification, rationalisation and tech‑debt reduction across applications, platforms and integrations.
- Operating Across an Ecosystem – Work with internal teams, external partners and service providers across data flows, customer journeys and multi‑party interactions.

- Strong Enterprise Architecture leadership across principles, governance, strategy and roadmapping.
- Experience navigating large‑scale, complex change with high delivery volume.

- Technical breadth across integration, lifecycle management, resilience, data/AI and modern design patterns.
- Experience in regulated or multi‑stakeholder environments (finance/insurance a plus but not essential).
