The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our busy maintenance team at Midlands Rural Housing on a 9-month fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for the co-ordination of maintenance activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of repair requests, liaising with service providers, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance work.
