£15.36 per day & Afternoon shift

£16.43 per day & Night shift

Role Overview

Recruitment Solutions Workforce is recruiting CNC operators with experience within the automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors to join our client’s team. Attractive rates of pay are offered, with higher rates available for candidates based on skill set and experience.

Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of operating CNC machines, ideally Milling and Turning using FANUC, MAZAK, and SIEMENS
• Ability to problem‑solve any technical issues arising in machining cells
• Previous experience in a manufacturing / aerospace / automotive industry
• Experience working in a medium/high volume production environment
• Understanding of quality systems and completing quality checks / gauging
• Attention to detail is essential
• Able to work with minimal supervision

Duties

• Operate CNC milling machines
• Monitor product quality via visual inspection and/or gauge measurements
• Record production output versus target and any downtime or rejects
• Carry out daily machining checks
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve productivity, quality, and machine availability

Shift Patterns & Hours

Shift patterns are dependent on demand.

Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week.

In busy periods a 3‑shift rota may be required.
