Location: West Midlands. Salary: £45,000+ (DOE). JOB REF:3878.

ROLE

• Seeking a solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to develop career within a supportive and forward‑thinking team handling a broad range of high‑quality corporate and commercial matters.
• Advise a varied client base including SMEs, owner‑managed businesses and larger corporate organisations.
• Responsible for a caseload of corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
• Offers excellent client exposure, genuine career progression opportunities and the chance to work closely with experienced senior lawyers and partners.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Minimum 2 Years PQE as a Corporate Commercial Solicitor.
• Strong technical and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and client care abilities.
• A proactive and commercial approach.
• Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team.
