About the role
We are looking for someone who puts customers at the heart of every decision and helps them find the right solution. This fast‑paced, rewarding role rewards good communication, adaptability, drive and determination. You will speak with customers over the phone, learn what matters most to them, build relationships and match them with the most appropriate EE products and services, from mobile tech to smart home solutions and insurance protection.
