Position

Customer Service Assistant – two positions available at our Wincanton convenience store.

Location

1 Dykes Way, Wincanton, BA9 9FQ

Working Hours

10 hours per week, various hours. Shift patterns are non-contractual and may change. Availability to work additional hours during busy and peak trading periods, as well as staff absence or holiday cover, is required.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment
• Till operation
• Merchandising
• Bakery duties
• Complaint handling

Requirements

• Manual handling is an essential part of the job.
• Flexibility with working hours and days, including willingness to work extra hours when required.
• Passion for customer service, strong teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability.
