Salary, Location & Working Hours

£39,427.16 per annum.

Greater Manchester.

Full‑time: 39 hours per week across all of Greater Manchester. Required to work on on‑call rota approximately 1 week in six.

Permanent role.

Start work at first appointment (08:00) and finish (16:30) after the last appointment Monday‑Thursday; Friday 08:00‑15:30.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience whilst carrying out a range of plumbing works within customers’ homes and vacant properties.
• Update PDA systems accurately and in real time to reflect job progress.
• Liaise with planners when customers are unavailable or work cannot be completed.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and correctly in accordance with manufacturer guidance.
• Support and supervise apprentices as and when required, ensuring they work safely and meet required standards of workmanship.

What we are looking for

• Demonstrable experience in a secondary trade (namely tiling and/or bathroom fitting).
• Hold an NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Plumbing.
• Experience working in a similar role within the industry.
• Be able to work with multiple trades within the domestic sector.
• Experience diagnosing issues and prioritising work effectively.
• Full valid driving licence.
