About the Role
We are seeking to appoint a full‑time Co‑ordination Support Officer to play a vital role in Adult Social Care, providing administration support to social care professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and the ability to learn new IT systems quickly and input data accurately.
- Minute taking responsibilities, or a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge and understanding of administration processes.
- An excellent telephone manner with good customer service skills.
- Great team working skills with excellent organisational and time management skills.
Essential Requirements
- 4 GCSE “C” or above grades, or equivalent, including Maths and English, or experience of a role or equivalent role.
