Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting customers over phone, email and live chat
Advising on a wide range of products for home and business use
Processing orders and providing updates
Resolving delivery queries and ensuring great aftercare
Keeping on top of general admin
Learning about new products as they come in
