Packing Bay Operative – Padeswood

What you’ll be doing:
- Operate Arodo and Ventomatic packing machines safely and efficiently.
- Carry out first‑line maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the Packing Bay.
- Use a Forklift Truck (FLT) to unload plant deliveries and load outgoing wagons.
- Support general warehouse duties, including stock handling and organisation.
- Work as part of a team to achieve production targets and KPIs.
- Follow all Heidelberg Materials UK processes to ensure safe working practices at all times.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a manufacturing, packing, or warehouse environment.
- FLT licence (or willingness to train).
- Strong focus on health & safety.
- Proactive and reliable team player.
- Ability to work to targets in a fast‑paced environment.
