This forward-thinking Alternative Provision in Harlow is seeking two committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join their dynamic team.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:Provide tailored support to students with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, behavioural needs, ASD, ADHD, and other SEND profilesWork closely with specialist teachers, therapists, and pastoral staffSupport students in 1:1 and small-group learning settingsHelp create an engaging, safe, and nurturing environment where every learner can succeedAssist with behaviour regulation, emotional support, and positive relationship buildingContribute to creative, hands-on learning activities that form part of a personalised curriculum
