A Global Top 5 financial services search firm is ringfencing a Partner to lead its Asset Management Practice.
With an existing Asset Management practice that works across the global Tier 1 Asset Management space (BlackRock, Macquarie), this role is to work alongside existing Partners to shape the growth of the practice.
The platform:
The firm is a £30m business unit with long standing, retained relationships with blue chip across:
- Asset Managers
- Hedge Funds
- Private Equity
- Global Investment Banks
- Quantitative Trading Platforms
70% buy-side / 30% sell-side coverage.
Fee sizes range from £60k-£500k.
Average partner productivity sits at £1.2m

The firm operates across London, New York, Dubai and Hong Kong and has invested heavily in proprietary, AI-enabled technology to improve search speed, accuracy and client insight, creating a genuine competitive edge in C-suite mandates.
