Pay Rates

  • £13.95 per hour – Weekdays
  • £14.15 per hour – Weekends
  • Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays

Your Responsibilities

As a Home Care Assistant, you will support clients with everyday tasks while promoting independence and dignity. Duties may include:

  • Personal care
  • Medication support
  • Light household duties
  • Meal preparation
  • Shopping and errands
  • Supporting clients with appointments and social outings
  • Providing companionship and emotional support

Every day is different, but each day gives you the opportunity to make a real difference.

Requirements

  • Compassionate and caring nature
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and responsive to changing client needs
  • A genuine desire to support others

Preferred

  • Driving licence and own vehicle
