Welder Fabricator£16-17 per hour + DOE

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well‑established engineering business with a full order book and long‑term prospects.

You’ll be working across a diverse range of products and materials including mild steel, sheet metal, with ongoing training available

The Role:

As a Welder Fabricator, you’ll be responsible for:

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to manufacture components
• Fabricating and welding mild steel, and carbon steel
• MIG welding
• Operating fabrication machinery such as guillotines, plasma cutters, and rollers
• Assembling and tacking fabricated parts including frames, enclosures and assemblies
• Maintaining high quality and safety standards in the workshop

About You:

• Experienced in MIG welding
• Confident reading and working from engineering drawings
• Strong fabrication skills across sheet metal and pipework
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and use initiative
• Committed to producing high‑quality work to tight tolerances
