Co‑op is looking for dedicated individuals to join our Customer Team Member, Customer Team Leader, and Store Manager roles. The positions focus on providing excellent service, ensuring the store remains safe and inviting, and supporting the local community. Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, thoughtful service by responding to customer queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, and creating a pleasant shopping experience.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to solve problems and support one another.
- Maintain store standards: keep shelves stocked, prices correct, dates up‑to‑date, and temperatures within safe limits.
- Introduce new products and services by sharing experiences and facilitating smooth transitions for customers and staff.
- Support community involvement by participating in local activities and events.
- For Customer Team Leaders: assist the Store Manager, uphold safety and well‑stocked displays, and exemplify best practices.
- For Store Managers: lead a team of Managers across multiple stores, drive sales, deliver a great customer experience, and implement store strategies and projects.

Working Pattern
