Role Description

Join our team in the M&S Café – the heart of our store where customers come to recharge. This hands‑on, high‑pressure role requires staying calm under pressure while delivering warm, five‑star service.

You’ll act as a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during the busiest periods.

Responsibilities

• Use our digital tools to take and fulfil orders quickly, keeping customers moving and satisfied.
• Maintain impeccable food safety standards while juggling orders and queues.
• Deliver fast, quality service under pressure and consistently provide five‑star service.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a high‑performance culture that meets customer needs, no matter how hectic.
• Adapt quickly and work where needed to keep pace.
