About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced TIG Weld Fabricator to join their skilled production team. The role involves the fabrication and welding of high‑quality metal components, ensuring all work meets precise specifications and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical ability, and a commitment to producing excellent workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on a range of materials including stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Fabricate, assemble, and finish components to a high standard.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in TIG welding and fabrication.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• High level of precision and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of fabrication techniques and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

• Relevant welding or fabrication qualifications.
• Experience with coded welding standards.
• Knowledge of additional welding methods such as MIG or Stick.
