Overview
Step Teachers are looking for Cover Supervisors to join our pool of daily supply staff for secondary schools in and around Great Yarmouth, starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay on task
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials provided by the school
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
- Support the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working with secondary-aged students (school or youth setting)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills as a Cover Supervisor
- A flexible, reliable, and professional attitude
