Senior Social Worker: Safeguarding & Caseload (Hybrid)

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Birkenhead is looking for an Experienced Social Worker to lead and coordinate safeguarding inquiries as part of the Duty Rota. This role involves managing a diverse caseload, conducting strengths-based assessments, and providing professional guidance to colleagues and partner agencies.

The ideal candidate will be a registered Social Worker with strong experience in adult safeguarding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly as part of a supportive team.

Offering 36 hours per week with a hybrid work model (2 days remote, 3 days office).
