Chef de Partie – Mostly Monday to Friday (SUCDP2) Woking, England

Salary: GBP14.88 – GBP16.68 per hour

Chef De Partie – £16.68 per hour | Near Woking | No late nights

35 hours per week in a structured MOD kitchen

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and consistent food quality as a Chef De Partie:

  • Managing and running a designated kitchen section
  • Preparing and presenting dishes to set standards
  • Supporting and supervising junior kitchen team members
  • Maintaining strict food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standardsMonitoring stock levels, portion control, and waste reduction
  • Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure consistency
