BMS Technician

BMS Technician – Permanent – Manchester, England – North West. 35‑hour week.

Pay up to £34,610 per annum + 19% pension + 33 days holiday.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair Building Management Systems (BMS) and Intelligent Building Management Systems (IBKMS) and associated electrical and mechanical equipment across different sites within the organisation.

Qualifications and Experience

• NVQ Level 3 or BTEC National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, M&E Controls or Electronics.
• Extensive experience in BEMS system installation, maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of TREND, CYLON or TRIDIUM beneficial.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering systems and equipment.
• Proficient in standard office IT applications (Microsoft Word, Access, Excel).
• Hands‑on engineering knowledge/apprenticeship.
• Full UK driving licence.
