What you’ll do
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:
- You will be responsible for daily food preparations during your day, creating delectable dishes ranging from informal dining on breakfast, lunch and dinner. This will include supervising and leading a team of Commis Chefs together with the Chef de Partie or in their absence; take orders from Chef de Partie’s and give tasks to Commis Chefs and check they are carried out in the correct manner; sample, smell and observe food, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience
- You will also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests and challenges that may arise during the day
