Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, high-quality technology solutions aligned with business goals from health and insurance domain. The ideal candidate will lead architecture initiatives, guide development teams, and ensure best practices across systems, integrations, and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture design for complex enterprise applications and systems
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Define and maintain architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices
  • Drive technology selection, integration strategies, and platform decisions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, developers, and engineers
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, high-performing, and cost-effective
  • Review and approve architecture designs, code, and technical documentation
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure compliance with governance standards
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and CI/CD practices
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovation opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years of experience in software development, architecture, or related roles
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect in enterprise environments
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, or Node.js
  • Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong healthcare/insurance domain knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in domain-specific industries (Insurance, Healthcare, etc.)
  • Knowledge of TOGAF or other architecture frameworks
  • Certification in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP Architect certifications)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making
  • Leadership and team mentorship
  • Innovation and continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
