Overview
Your main responsibility is to promptly and conscientiously deliver prescription items to private houses, nursing homes and residential homes. You must provide a high standard of customer service, portray a friendly professional image, and act as an ambassador for the Cohens brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prescription items within designated timeframes and follow company regulated procedures.
- Plan and print your daily routes using basic computer skills before setting off.
- Assist with PR exercises to increase business when required.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage and fuel receipts for weekly reimbursements.
Requirements
- Possess basic computer skills to plan routes.
- Have your own vehicle with business-use insurance and be able to provide proof of increased premium.
- Be able to work under pressure and within the branch opening hours: Monday‑Friday 09:00‑18:30, Saturday 09:00‑11:30.
- Will pass a DBS check as part of recruitment.

- Reimbursement for mileage: 42p per mile up to 10,000 miles; 25p thereafter, in line with HMRC guidelines.
