We are looking for a confident Learning Disabilities Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You’ll be working 42 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Ashbrook.

Job Responsibilities

You’ll be working 42 hours a week (days and nights from 07:45am/pm until 08:00pm/am, including alternative weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Ashbrook.

Please note, to apply for this role you need to have a Full UK Driving Licence as you will be required to drive our service users to external activities.

  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs
  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required
  • Safeguard all patients
