We are looking for a confident Learning Disabilities Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You’ll be working 42 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Ashbrook.
Job Responsibilities
You’ll be working 42 hours a week (days and nights from 07:45am/pm until 08:00pm/am, including alternative weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Ashbrook.
Please note, to apply for this role you need to have a Full UK Driving Licence as you will be required to drive our service users to external activities.

- Experienced 1 year plus in a support setting working with learning disabilities
- An excellent communicator and a good team player
- Caring and understanding with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating and varied environment
- Passionate about empowering & supporting service user independence
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for everyone in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
