Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of the Jette Parker Artists Programme at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, London.

Compensation and Working Hours

Salary: £31,400.00 per annum

Full time; 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

Support the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the Jette Parker Artists Programme, including administrative tasks, coordination of schedules, and assistance with event planning and database maintenance.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong administrative experience within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn DIESE artistic planning software, as well as other in‑house platforms, Dayforce and Business Central.
  • Proven accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent proof‑reading skills in both literacy and numeracy.
  • Excellent active listening and the ability to deal with people at all levels and in a wide range of contexts thoughtfully, sensitively, with integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload with high productivity and flexibility.
