This vital role requires proven leadership within children’s placements and the ability to manage complex placement searches.

The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation, relationship management, and collaboration skills, with a commitment to service improvement and compliance. A minimum of two days in the office is required based on the Hybrid Working Policy.
