Role Overview
Agincare is looking for an experienced Bank Care Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents at Waterloo Care Home near Wimborne. The role includes companionship, personal care, medication administration, meal support, light cleaning, mobility assistance and social activities.
Remuneration and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Companionship – provide support, communication and engagement.
- Personal care – assist with washing, bathing, dressing and oral care.
- Medication – prompt, assist or administer medications and creams.
- Meals – support the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
- Domestic tasks – perform light cleaning tasks.
- Mobility – help the client live as independently as possible with mobility support.
- Social activities – organise trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK.
- Flexibility to work day shifts, night shifts and alternative weekends as required.
- Experience working within a care home environment.
