Minimum salary of £30,694 + monthly bonus or commission, plus Harrods benefits including generous discounts across our store and restaurants.
About the Role
Sales Associates are at the heart of Harrods, creating world‑class customer experiences. They learn customer preferences, combine the “Art of Selling” with product knowledge, meet sales targets and encourage repeat visits. The role requires autonomy, high visual merchandising standards, stock management, promotion of Harrods Rewards and customer feedback surveys. The position is full‑time on site, 5 out of 7 days per week.

Exceptional professional with a strong foundation in retail or hospitality, best‑in‑class service experience and a commitment to excellence. Must be disciplined, ambitious, meet sales targets, maintain high personal standards, and adhere to Harrods policies.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience in luxury retail or hospitality, strong product knowledge, ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets. Demonstrated ability to work independently within a team and deliver exceptional service.
