As a Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
We are looking for a Support Worker to join our Domiciliary Care Service based in St Neots on a permanent, part-time basis of 25 hours a week.
As you are likely to support more than one person on any one day and travel a short distance from each venue, a driver with access to a vehicle you can use for work is essential.
Shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Currently shifts start as early as 07:00 and evening shifts finish by 18:00. Flexibility is a must as you will need to be available to work across various shifts and venues. This role will not involve any overnight working. We do require alternate weekend working.
About our Service
Our team supports adults with learning disabilities to access the community, maintain their homes, and live a normal and active life. Support may involve medication management, meal planning and preparation, budgeting and banking, or assistance with social activities and outings.
