Lupos Global has requirements for Line Maintenance Control Engineers to be based at East Midland’s Airport. These are for Permanent positions.
Our client specializes in tailored aircraft solutions for Global Integrators, National Mail Organizations and other B2B e-commerce suppliers with both ad-hoc and long-term demand for cargo aircraft.
Role Summary
The Line Maintenance Control (LMC) Engineer is responsible for all matters technical to ensure continuity of the flying operation wherever possible with the quick and efficient resolution of any technical issues that develop during production.
The Line Maintenance Controller will be required to coordinate and control all maintenance requirements related to the line operation, ensuring fast and effective recovery to expedite the return to service of the aircraft by the allocation of resources and spares, whilst guaranteeing continued communication with the wider business.

Location – East Midlands Airport
Permanent Position
Shift Pattern – 12-hour day and 12-hour nights shifts on a fixed roster system.1 working weekend every 6th week. Some working from home shifts included in the current scheduled roster.

Experience Required
Valid EASA B1 and/or B2 License or ICOA equivalent – Desirable
Current HF, FTS Level 2 and EWIS – Desirable
Engineering qualification – HND Level or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 Years Aviation Line And/or Base Maintenance Experience
Skills on type (B737/ATR) or similar
Must be proactive, self-motivated & confident self-starter
