What We Offer

• The start date of employment will be July 2026.
• Hourly rate of £13.45.
• Full time: 39 hours per week, working 3–5 days out of 7, including late evenings and 3 out of 4 weekends.

What You’ll Need To Have

• Experience in assembling furniture, with basic DIY knowledge.
• Ability to manage your own workload, arranging priorities while ensuring timely completion to a high standard.
• Ability to forward plan, balancing daily requests with long‑term projects and upcoming priorities.
• Interest in the way people live at home and how home furnishings fit into their daily lives.

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day

• Build furniture to a high standard so that store displays showcase the quality and durability of IKEA products.
• Ensure furniture is built correctly and secured in line with health and safety practices, ensuring a safe environment for visitors and co‑workers.
• Assist customers with questions related to building IKEA products.
• Work with the sales team to support and implement range changes throughout the year.
