The Role

We are currently recruiting a Temporary Painter / Workshop Operative to support a busy industrial workshop. This role focuses on preparing and painting equipment/machinery to ensure it is clean, safe, and presentable. This is a practical, hands‑on role suited to someone reliable who is happy working in a workshop environment and available for temporary work.

Key Responsibilities

• Basic surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, and masking
• Painting and touch‑ups using spray or hand methods
• Assisting with refurbishment of equipment
• Following all health & safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
• Outside working will feature

Skills & Experience

• Previous painting or decorating experience preferred
• Experience in a workshop, industrial, or manual role is an advantage
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
