Job Overview
We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and committed Catering Supervisor to lead the daily delivery of catering provision at Ormiston Latimer Academy and support other academies within our Trust cluster.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily delivery of catering provision for Latimer and support other academies within the Trust cluster.
- Work closely with the Cluster Executive Chef to maintain high standards of food quality, service, safety and compliance.
- Supervise and support the catering team, organise day‑to‑day kitchen operations, contribute to menu planning, manage stock and ordering, and drive healthy‑eating, sustainability and waste‑reduction initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experienced catering professional with confidence leading a team in a busy environment.
- Strong organisational skills, proactive approach and commitment to teamwork.
- Commitment to maintaining excellent standards and understanding the importance of nutritious, appealing meals.
