Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Community Health Care Assistant to join the District Nursing Service in Enfield.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients within their own homes.
- Work independently and provide a consistently high standard of care to a multicultural and diverse population.
- Provide administrative and organisational support within the team.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and strong teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Experience of working within patients’ own homes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of health professionals and informal carers.
- Previous experience of working with elderly patients in the community would be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
