Construction Learning Support Assistant – Inspire & Grow

Herts Resourcing Group is seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant in Broxbourne to help inspire Post-16 learners. This permanent position emphasizes providing targeted support and developing essential skills for students, particularly those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

Responsibilities include adapting learning materials, delivering both 1:1 and group support, and working closely with teaching staff. Candidates must have at least GCSEs in Maths and English and experience in learning support.
