Salary: £18,145 per annum for 30 hours per week (term time only).
The Role
- Provide individual and small‑group support for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities.
- Support pupils’ social, emotional and communication development.
- Help implement behaviour and learning strategies in a positive and supportive manner.
- Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, therapists and parents to ensure consistent support.
