Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for a talented and detail-driven Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team at Estelle Manor, creating exceptional pastry and bakery items across our diverse and dynamic restaurant concepts.

Earnings

The on-target earning potential for this role is £37,685.43 per annum, based on a 45-hour contract. This includes a base salary of £30,685.43 plus an estimated £7,000 in gratuities and service charge*.

Please note this role is paid hourly, so this figure reflects projected earnings.

The Role

As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering beautifully crafted pastries and baked goods that elevate the experience across all dining concepts at Estelle Manor.

  • Create high-quality pastry and bakery items, consistently executed to an exceptional standard
  • Work closely with senior kitchen leadership to maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards
  • Prepare a wide range of products including cakes, breads, pastries, and desserts, following established recipes
  • Present and decorate items with creativity and precision, ensuring a modern, refined, and visually exciting finish
  • Take ownership of stock control within the pastry section, carefully managing ordering, wastage, and cost efficiency
  • Build strong working relationships across departments, particularly with front of house teams, to ensure a seamless guest experience

  • Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
