We require an enthusiastic, professional and reliable person to join our busy office administration team. The position is for 30 hours (permanent contract). Days/hours/salary, to be confirmed. You must project a positive and friendly image to both colleagues and patients. The role involves a wide range of administrative and IT duties and requires excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a high pressured environment
- Ability to use initiative and lateral thinking
- Mature and positive attitude to work
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to follow processes, procedures and respect confidentiality at all times
Experience of working in general practice is not essential as full training will be given.
