Job Description:

The Coleshill School (ATLP) is seeking to appoint a highly organised, friendly and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our school office team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of the school office and will often be the first point of contact for parents, visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the school leadership and office team.
  • Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and telephone enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate pupil records and school databases.
  • Support communication and general office systems.
  • Assist with school communications, letters and correspondence.
  • Support the wider school team with administrative tasks as required.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
