Overview

£12.85 per hour. Full‑time or part‑time positions located in Wythenshawe, South Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support young adults with mental health needs to develop independent living skills and manage tenancy responsibilities.
  • Collaboratively work with users to identify support needs, devise individual support plans, and facilitate plan implementation.
  • Provide guidance on tenancy issues, help navigate related challenges, and encourage sustainable living.
  • Cultivate a non‑judgemental, listening approach, and use initiative in lone and team settings.
  • Participate in close supervision, corporate training, and collaborative team working.

Qualifications & Experience

Desired experience: care and support for individuals with mental health needs. Essential: commitment to working with young people, promoting positive change, and a willingness to learn.

Benefits
