Job Description
Lead the launch of a brand-new dental practice within UNTIL’s flagship Canary Wharf club. You will build operational systems from scratch, manage CQC compliance, and foster relationships with dental members. This is a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional practice management into a high-growth startup environment redefining the health and wellness industry.

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end dental operations including CQC governance, clinical audits, and medical waste compliance for the Canary Wharf site.
- Lead the onboarding of dental professionals and provide ongoing account management to ensure a premium member experience.
- Oversee Smile Zone and Invisalign treatment operations while training front-of-house staff on clinical opening and closing procedures.
The ideal candidate
- Must be GDC-registered with at least 5 years of experience in dental nursing and deep knowledge of CQC regulations.
- Proven leadership ability with experience training staff and managing complex operational workflows in a clinical setting.
- Possesses a startup growth mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments where they can take full ownership of projects.
