Senior Platform Marketing Manager, Revenue & Growth Team

About the Team

The Revenue & Growth Team works closely with Atlantic & Warner Records to drive Warner Music UK’s commercial strategy.

Your Role

As the Senior Platform Marketing Manager, you will spearhead artist exposure and revenue creation across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign development: Shape strategy and execution for priority marketing campaigns across all digital platforms (DSP, social, video), ensuring alignment with artist strategy.
  • Data‑driven strategy & optimisation: Champion a data‑first approach, refine platform strategies, inform budget allocation, and drive revenue growth.
  • New revenue identification: Scout and pilot emerging platform features, monetisation models, and creator tools to generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Pitch and secure editorial support from DSP editorial playlists, partnership activations, and key social platform stakeholders.
  • Platform expertise & guidance: Act as internal subject matter expert on key platforms (TikTok, Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music), providing guidance and best practices.
  • Account management: Own relationships with platform partners to unlock strategic opportunities and secure early access to beta features.
  • Performance analysis & insight: Lead analysis of campaign performance data and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Cross‑functional coordination: Serve as liaison between the core marketing team and other label departments to ensure a unified, data‑driven approach.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5‑8 years in digital marketing, audience development, or platform campaigns, preferably within the music industry.
  • Platform fluency: Deep, current understanding of major music streaming and social platforms and monetisation mechanics.
  • Commercial acumen: Understanding of audience behaviors and revenue levers, with proven ability to capitalise on new digital income streams.
  • Analytical mindset: Data‑driven thinking, proficiency in analytics tools, and continuous optimisation for revenue impact.
  • Communication & influence: Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills with ability to influence internal teams and external partners.
  • Passion: Genuine passion for music, digital culture, and creativity.
