About the role
As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in our kitchen. You’ll partner with the Head Chef to oversee the running of the kitchen, making sure the team delivers exceptional food while maintaining high operational standards. We are looking for a professional who values precision and has the leadership presence to run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. If you have a huge passion for food and the drive to coach a growing team then we want to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing
- Stepping in to the Head Chefs shoes to lead the team, manage the line and make sure every shift hits the mark
- Taking absolute pride in the presentation and consistency of every dish, making sure our specs are met perfectly
- Planning shifts, managing prep levels and delegating duties to make sure the kitchen runs smoothly
- Working with the rest of the management team to make sure we maximise profit without compromising on quality
- Coaching junior chefs to reach their full potential

What we are looking for
- Proven experience at a senior level in a fast-paced kitchen
- Confidence in your leadership style with the ability to motivate your team
- A deep understanding of kitchen safety and KPI’s
- Excellent communication skills
