Morning Care Assistants

Locations: Devizes, Marlborough & nearby villages

Pay: paid travel time + 45p per mile

Hours: Part-time, morning shifts (typically 7:00–11:30am). Choose the days and areas that suit you.

Job Description

We’re looking for kind, reliable people to join our Home Instead team, supporting older adults with their morning routines so they can live comfortably and independently at home.

Responsibilities

• Help clients get ready for the day (washing, dressing, breakfast, medication)
• Offer companionship and reassurance
• Support safe, happy mornings and meaningful connections

A kind and compassionate nature—no experience needed

Reliable and confident working independently

Access to your own transport (most visits are in rural areas)

Availability for some morning shifts any day of the week

• Applicants must live within 20 miles of SN9
• Role subject to references and DBS check and right to work in the UK.

• Must have access to a vehicle due to rural locations of our clients
• Availability to work every other weekend essential
