Job Description:

Process Operative needed in Bourton-on-the-Water. Paying: £12.71ph, increased to £13.45ph after full company training. Working Pattern: 4-day working week, Monday to Thursday 07:30 – 17:30. Overtime available. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

We are currently recruiting for process operatives to join our manufacturing client based in Bourton-on-the-Water on a temporary assignment.

This role involves assembling high-quality medical devices within a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, including some labelling, basic assembly and packing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assembling precision components and medical devices within a cleanroom environment.
  • Following strict manufacturing procedures, GMP standards and quality requirements.
  • Meeting production targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ensuring all work meets quality and compliance requirements.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to support production goals.

Skills & Requirements

  • Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided).
  • Excellent attention to detail, dexterity and patience.
  • Ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Reliable with strong timekeeping and work ethic.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Positive, hardworking attitude and willingness to learn.
